What Does a First Chiropractic Visit Cost in Boca Raton?

Pricing is a fair question, and we would rather you ask before you come in. Specific Chiropractic is a cash-based practice, which means we do not bill health insurance. We do take car insurance for accident-related care. Fees can change, so this page explains how things work and sends you to the right place for current numbers.

What a cash-based practice means

In a cash-based practice, you pay the practice directly for visits instead of a copay or deductible. Many people choose this model because it keeps the focus on the exam and the care plan instead of insurance codes. Some patients ask whether their own plan reimburses out-of-network care. We can give you a receipt, but we cannot promise reimbursement, so please ask your plan.

What your first visit includes

A conversation about your history and goals. A physical and neurological exam. When appropriate, precise upper neck imaging. You then receive a clear explanation of the findings, including whether an adjustment of the atlas (C1) or axis (C2) is indicated. You are never asked to decide on a plan before understanding it.

How to get current fees

Text 561-571-2468 and ask for current new patient fees, or read our new patient information page. Fees on any page, including this one, can be out of date, so a quick text is the most reliable way.

After a car accident

Florida is a no-fault state, and injury benefits generally depend on being evaluated within 14 days of the accident. We take car insurance for accident-related care and can explain how visits are usually handled. Rules, limits and coverage differ, so confirm details with your insurer or an attorney. This is not legal advice.

Questions to ask before you book

Ask what the first visit includes, what imaging costs if it is needed, what follow-up visits cost, and how visits are billed after an accident. Write down the answers so there are no surprises.

Hours and parking

We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 7 PM and Friday 8 AM to 2 PM, and closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. There is a parking lot in front of the office at 1 W Camino Real, Suite 111, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

Do you take health insurance? No. We are cash-based. We do take car insurance for accident-related care.

Can I get a receipt for my own plan? Yes. We cannot promise reimbursement, so check with your plan.

How do I book? Online at calendly.com/adjustme or by text at 561-571-2468.
