Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care for Greenacres Patients

If you live or work in Greenacres, Palm Springs, Atlantis, Lake Clarke Shores, Lake Worth or the neighborhoods along Jog Road and Military Trail, Specific Chiropractic is a short drive away. Dr. Hasson focuses on the top two bones of the neck, using an exam and imaging to guide every decision. He uses a gentle, ultra specific, low-force adjustment. We welcome families, workers, runners and retirees from Greenacres.

How Close Are We?

Our office at 1 W Camino Real, Suite 111, Boca Raton is about 15 miles from Greenacres. Most patients drive about 20 to 30 minutes, usually via Jog Road, Military Trail or Congress Avenue to Palmetto Park Road, or the Turnpike and I-95, depending on traffic. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 7 PM, and Friday 8 AM to 2 PM, so you can often come before or after work.

What Is Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care?

The atlas (C1) and axis (C2) are the top two bones of the neck. They sit just below the skull, allow most of the nodding and turning of your head, and surround the area where the brainstem passes into the spinal canal. Small shifts here can change how the rest of the spine carries load. Our approach is ultra specific: Dr. Hasson measures the position of these bones and, if a correction is appropriate, uses a gentle, precise, low-force adjustment. The adjustment is ultra specific and gentle, and your response is re-checked so each step follows your findings.

Conditions We Commonly See

Patients from Greenacres come to us for neck pain, headaches and migraines, vertigo and dizziness, whiplash and car accident injuries, jaw (TMJ) pain, post-concussion symptoms, low back and hip imbalance, and sports injuries. We do not promise specific results or cures. The goal of the exam is to find out whether an upper cervical misalignment is part of your picture.

Car Accident and Sports Injuries

We take car insurance for accident-related care, and athletes of every level are welcome. Collisions on Jog Road, Military Trail, Forest Hill Boulevard and I-95 are common. Florida has strict time limits for starting care after a crash, so call or text as soon as you can.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit begins with a conversation about your history, symptoms and goals. Next comes a physical and neurological exam and, when appropriate, upper cervical imaging. Dr. Hasson then explains what he found, whether care is recommended, what it involves and what it costs. If a correction is indicated it is gentle and takes only a few minutes. Bring any recent imaging or reports with you.
